You can track your Bioelements.com order in one of two ways:
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email that contains the tracking number for your package. You may click on the tracking number to be re-directed to the carrier's website to view the delivery status of your order.
- Sign in to your bioelements.com account. Click on the "Order" tab in your account screen to view detailed information on your current and previous purchases. After your order is shipped your tracking number will be displayed. To track your order via the carrier's website, you may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order.
Don't see a tracking number? Sometimes it takes the carrier up to 24 hours to post tracking information, so check back.
- Majority of orders will ship within 24 hours of receipt via FedEx.
- Orders are processed (excluding holidays) Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm CST.
- Most orders with 2-Day Express or Standard Overnight will be shipped the same business days if the order is placed by 9am CST.
- We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S.
- All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only orders that are authorized will be shipped and processed.

To cancel an order you just placed on bioelements.com, please call Bioelements Customer Service at 877.550.4050 (Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm CST).
However, we make every effort to process your orders promptly. Because of this, your order may have already been processed. If your order has been processed, you can return your products for a full refund within 30 days from the ship date (less shipping charges).

Select the name of the saved address that you would like to update or 'Click here to add a new address'. Each time you checkout at bioelements.com, you will be able to choose from your saved addresses.

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to Colorado. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping/handling charges (as required).

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Maximum Purchase Policy
Orders are limited to no more than six (6) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $750 per customer.
Each time you place an order on bioelements.com, we'll give you three FREE samples! Choose from a selection of Bioelements products and try more products before you buy. Place them in your Shopping Bag before you checkout - only 1 sample per product is allowed.
Enter your offer code in the text box marked "Have a Coupon Code?" in the Shopping Bag, then choose 'Apply Now'. If approved, the discount will be applied to your total. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear and only one offer code may be used per order.
Orders shipped via Ground Shipping in the contiguous US are delivered within 3-5 business days of the shipped date, not including weekends or holidays. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt via FedEx, not including weekends or holidays.
Orders shipped via 2-Day Express within the contiguous US are delivered in 2 days, not including weekends or holidays. Most expedited orders placed by 9am CST, excluding weekends and holidays, will be processed and shipped the same day depending on product availability.
Orders shipped via Standard Overnight within the contiguous US are delivered in 1 day before 5:30pm, not including weekends and holidays. Most expedited orders placed by 9am CST, excluding weekends and holidays, will be processed and shipped the same day depending on product availability.
Shipping Rules & Regluations
- 2 Day Express and Standard Overnight cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, AK or HI.
- Any order shipping to AK or HI must ship via Ground Shipping and may require additional delivery time.

After your transaction is complete, you will receive an email that contains a copy of your receipt. Once your order ships, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. This email contains the shipping tracking number for your package. You may click on the tracking number to be re-directed to the carrier's website to view the delivery status of your order.

Multiple Ship-to Addresses
Bioelements.com does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the shopping bag that you wish to be sent to one location and send order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.

At this time, Bioelements.com is currently unable to accept orders to be shipped outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Your package must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We suggest sending your package via USPS, UPS, FedEx or other insured carrier to ensure prompt delivery – and remember to pack carefully as most carriers will reject a package that is leaking.
All refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used on the order within 30 days. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Can you tell me what ingredients are in your products?

What does "our skin care products do not contain synthetic fragrances or colorants" mean?
Artificial colorants and synthetic fragrance can irritate the skin. This type of irritation is referred to as "irritant contact dermatitis," a simple irritation that develops in response to a substance applied to the skin. Irritant contact dermatitis can cause redness, itching, rash or worse. Bioelements never uses synthetic fragrances. Every aroma you smell comes from 100% natural essential oils that are used in the products for their therapeutic value. Their amazing aromas are a bonus. And, we never use artificial colorants. That's why our products tend to be white or a very soft color. The way we see it, artificial colorants serve no purpose in skin care products and actually cause harm. When you use a Bioelements product, you're never putting dye or perfume on your face!
I'm allergic to shellfish and iodine. Can I used products that contain the ingredient 'algae'?
There are many types of algae, but in general, ingredients from the ocean such as 'algae' and 'seaweed' naturally contain iodine just as shellfish does. However, the severity of the allergy depends on the person. Many people cannot ingest shellfish because of an iodine allergy, but would have no problem putting a product on their skin. Other clients have a more serious condition and cannot do either. When dealing with any client that has al allergy, it's really not up to us to determine what is 'safe'. With any allergy, it's really up to their doctor or allergist to make the determination of how severe the allergy is, and what they need to avoid.This needs to be determined before you perform any treatments or professionally recommend any take home products to this client.
I have a serious allergy to ingredients that contain 'gluten' due to Celiac Disease. What Bioelements products contain gluten?
The following products have ingredients that contain gluten: CreateFirm, Calmitude Delicate Skin Eye Gel, Amino Mask, Measured Micrograins, Sleepwear for Hands and Twice Daily Bar.
I am allergic to sulfur, sulphur, or sulpha based ingredients. What Bioelements products contain these ingredients?
The following products contain the ingredient 'sulfur': Amino Mask.
I have a 'soy' allergy. What Bioelements products contain soy?
The following products have ingredients that contain soy: Amino Mask, Calmitude Hydrating Solution, LightPlex MegaWatt Skin Brightener, Lip Buff, Sleepwear for Hands, Oxygenation, Probiotic Anti-Aging Serum.
Does Bioelements test on animals?
We are all animal lovers at Bioelements. Animal testing is not, nor has it ever been, part of Bioelements' product development, ingredient formulation or production.
What is the shelf life of Bioelements products?
While specific products can vary, in general, unopened products have a shelf life of 1-3 years when stored properly. After opened, we simply recommend that products are used as directed promptly, within one year.
I'm pregnant- can I still use your products/get facials?
Please discuss with your doctor which products are safe for you to use as some women develop hypersensitivities during pregnancy and could experience skin irritation with any product.
What products do you recommend for people that are sensitive to perfume or scent in their product?
If you are allergic or sensitive to synthetic or artificial fragrance, the good news is that Bioelements products don't contain any! The aromas in Bioelements products come from natural plant extracts or essential oils. Many of our products are known for their clean, fresh aroma, and the fact that every ingredient used in our products are chosen for a specific skin care benefit. However, you may be sensitive to even essential oils, or just don't prefer your skin care products to have much of a 'scent'. We have several products in the line that I could consider to have very little aroma.
Examples: Absolute Moisture, Calmitude Hydrating Solution, Calmitude Sensitive Skin Moisturizer, Calmitude Delicate Skin Eye Gel, All Things Pure Cleanser, All Things Pure Scrub, All Things Pure Moisturizer, All Things Pure Eye Oil, Gel Therapy Mask, Moisture x10, CreateFirm Skin Tightening Serum.
Why do you package some of your products in glass instead of plastic like some other manufacturers?
