Route Package Protection

Bioelements now offers Route to provide you with protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Route is added to your cart automatically during checkout. You can remove it by toggling it off on your shopping bag page.

What is Route?
It's your protection to help prevent the unexpected from occurring. No one thinks their shipments will be lost, stolen or damaged, but it can happen. The Route Policy provides shipping insurance for your online purchases that are lost or damaged while in transit or “porch pirated” (meaning when the shipping carrier reports the status as “delivered,” but the parcel has been stolen from the delivery address anda police report has been filed).

• Protect your order from loss, damage, or theft
• Refunds or reorders in just a few clicks
• Route's optional protection is offered to you solely in order to effectuate the shipment of your package(s).
• The Route fee paid by you is a non-refundable insurance protection fee. (Fee varies depending on your purchase amount.)
• You will receive a separate email from Route with your Claim protection information.
