Our skin constantly loses its natural moisturizing factors (NMF) due to environmental aggressors — sun, wind, dry air (cold and hot) and harsh surfactants. Skin will also experience a decrease in oil production levels with age. To maintain soft, smooth and supple skin, we need to replenish this moisture loss. So, get in the habit of safeguarding your skin with a good moisturizer - daily. The best moisturizers (like Crucial Moisture) contain a precise blend of ingredients that help seal water into your skin and prevent the loss of water through evaporation.

Great moisturizer!

I've tried many moisturizers but since I have tried this one, I have never walked away from it.

The feeling on your skin is super comfortable, the texture is not greasy at all but thick enough that your skin really feels moisturized. It is the perfect balance for my dry skin.

I really love this product, I recommend it.

I have been looking and looking for a moisturizer that would not cause my skin to break out. I've tried them all - over the counter, fancy department store and finally I made my way to Bioelements. This is it. It hydrates and conditions so my skin is softer and I think even brighter. I'm excited to explore more Bioelements products.

This is the best moisturizer I've ever used. It doesn't leave your skin feeling oily or greasy. Instead it leaves it so soft. My dry flaky skin has improved so much. I love it so much I recommended it to my mother in law and now she can't live without it. She calls when she's almost out and tells me to order her more (she's 72 and doesn't do Internet... Lol) I have several of your products and I love them all!! They have been a Godsend!

Ok

I received a jar of Crucial Moisture in a starter kit for dry/very dry skin. The product goes on smoothly and absorbs immediately; however I don't feel like it keeps my skin feeling hydrated for very long. The jar arrived with the moisturizer seeping out from the lid, there was product leaking between the lid and the plastic wrapping around the jar. Perhaps the moisturizer was exposed to air and affected the quality of the ingredients? I also wasn't wild about the smell. Overall I would rate this product as just "OK."

Hello, and thank you for your review. We're sorry you didn't have a great experience. It sounds like the jar was broken when you received it, and based on your comment that Crucial Moisture is not moisturizing enough for you, it's possible that another formula would be a better fit for your skin type.

Have you spoken to our Customer Service team regarding the broken container? We are happy to replace it and/or connect you to our Director of Education who can help you find the perfect moisturizer.

Thank you!
