Marketing & Promotions Coordinator

THE COMPANY: We’re Bioelements, leaders in professional skin care, and we’ve been creating innovative, targeted and effective products for over twenty years. THE JOB: This is a “jack of all trades” position so you need to be able to tackle anything that comes your way. But, specifically you will help coordinate and manage Bioelements promotions with e-tailers, retailers, spas, distributors and social networking websites. You will also manage and assist in the development of our brand’s message on all partner social media outlets and websites. We also need you to help develop planograms for all selling environments, create product launch and selling system presentations via Power Point, and monitor the Bioelements brand on the internet.

THE PERFECT FIT: Interested? Here’s the deal – you need to have a strong understanding of retail category management and best merchandising practices. You must have worked with retailers and created promotions – it’s a bonus if it was in the beauty or consumer goods industry. Strong knowledge of social networking is necessary – so is knowledge of internet and web-based technologies, an ability to work on all PC software, and excellent verbal and written skills. Must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business.

Part-Time Learning Coaches: We're changing the future of esthetics education, and we want you to be a part of it!

 

We're always looking for part-time/freelance Learning Coaches across the country. Qualified candidates will lead Bioelements top spas in esthetics classes, and facilitate new ideas in teaching. No snooze-fest classes here, just education the way students want it: fresh, interactive and enlightening.

YOU: Are smart, savvy and energetic. You also have at least two years experience as an esthetician and currently work with Bioelements products. You do NOT want to be a part of boring, old-school esthetics education. You'd hate to be a talking, lecturing head - you'd rather inspire others in a new, exciting way.
