The name may suggest that this is for city dwellers only, but in this day and age, everyone could use a little Urban Detox. This potent blend of pharmaceutical grade vitamins A, C, and E in a moisture-binding base protects your skin from damaging smoke, pollution and dirt while hydrators and aromatherapy oils keep it smooth and sleek. It will even boost the efficiency of your sunscreen to fight radical damage.

Get your topical vitamins: Your skin has a barrier layer that protects against water loss and free radicals (free radicals attack collagen and elastin - the good stuff that keeps kin moist, smooth and flexible). By applying topical vitamins and minerals to the surface of this barrier layer, they'll work to strengthen even more by forming a super-protective layer over it all. The result - firmer, stronger, and more radiant skin. That's why we've packed Urban Detox with vitamins A, C and E in a moisture-binding base to protect skin from smoke, pollution and dirt while hydrators keep it smooth and sleek.

There hasn't been a bioelements product I haven't absolutely loved- until now.
This product was very heavy with minimal product.
My skin felt sticky and uncomfortable.

Hi Mary - Urban Detox is formulated for combination to dry skin types. If your face is feeling sticky, it may be too emollient for you. You can also try applying less - we recommend an amount that's equal to the size of a chickpea.

This is a good product. I can't imagine anyone having a reaction from it. I am an esthetiCian and a nurse, I know a great deal about skin care. The stinging feel you get is the vitamin C, it's doing the job it's supposed too. It is citrus and exercises the skin, much like an alpha hydroxy acid. One thing in I would recommend is changing the vitamin C to a fatty vitamin C, ascorbyl palmitate, nerds to be fatty to better absorb in the skin:) it's a great product and has active ingredients, I actually use that as my moisturizer

Very upset I've used this product for 20 years and was very pleased with it made my skin feel amazing, but recently used it and turns out you changed the ingredients and I have a eye infection. Vey upset that I did not get a notice of this. I use most of your products and I hope that this will not happen with other products.

While this is moisturizing, I had to quit using it after a couple of days b/c it makes my face sting and feel tight. I think it's because of the Vit A, but I was hopeful that it would be okay since it had so many great reviews and also b/c my aesthetician recommended it (she uses Bioelements at her salon and knows my skin). Kind of a lot of money for something I can't actually use.
