What It Is

A daily antioxidant, broad spectrum SPF 50 moisturizer.

What It Does

Our highest level of anti-aging, broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection. More than an ordinary sunscreen, this advanced SPF decreases the risk of early skin aging as it improves the appearance of lines, wrinkles and the feel of firmness. It’s light enough to wear under makeup as a daily moisturizer.

How to Use It

  • Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure
  • Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating
  • Reapply at least every 2 hours
  • Children under 6 months: Ask a doctor
  • Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including:
    • Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
    • Wear long-sleeve shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses

Broad spectrum sunscreens protect skin from both UVA and UVB rays. UVB rays are responsible for sunburns. UVA rays can penetrate deeper into the skin, causing premature aging. Both UVB and UVA rays can cause skin cancer.

A sunscreen’s SPF number indicates its amount of protection from UVB rays. By choosing a broad spectrum sunscreen, you’ll know you are protecting your skin from the risk of early skin aging and skin cancer.

I love to golf and golf 4 days a week. Only problem was that my skin was so exposed to elements all year round of wind and a lot of sun. I was developing a few brown sun spots and a lot of dryness to my skin. I was using a very low SPF over the counter sunscreen and it wasn't helping at all. My daughter in-law surprised me one day with Bioelements SPF50 Face Screen and I found it to be the best ever. My face has gotten back it's natural moisture. I Feel wonderful that it is working for me so well and now when I go golfing am confident that my skin is protected so well.

I have been using BioElements for about 6 months now. I am really beginning to see a healthier, clearer skin. I needed it as I was started to show aging skin. I am 39. I was recently at my dermatologist though and while there I asked her about the pigmentation on my upper lip. She did say that pigmentation is hard to treat and even minor amounts of sun can cause it to darken again. She told me to be sure that my sunscreen had zinc oxide in it. So, on coming home I read the ingredients list on the back of my BioElement facial moisturizer spf 50. It does not list zinc oxide. Why not? Is there another BioElements moisturizer that would be a better option for me? (One that includes zinc oxide?) I am already using the Skin Brightener AND the Mega Watt Brightener under my spf 50 moisturizer. Thanks! (If there's not a zinc oxide option through BioElements for me, could you suggest another that I may add to my routine? My dermatologist had given me samples of EDTA which was great but double the cost of Bio.)

I started using this sunscreen moisturizer after a series of microdermabrasion to remove sun damage. This sunscreen has protected my skin for 3 years. I use it daily and couldn't be happier with the results.
