Non-Invasive Hyaluronic Acid Fillers:
Hyaluronic Acid is
bioengineered into a molecular size sphere that penetrates into the
epidermis [see fig. 1]. While in the skin, the spheres perform similar
to a sponge, drawing and trapping moisture that is normally lost during
the TEWL (transepidermal water loss) process. As they expand in size
they exert upward pressure on lines and deep wrinkles, smoothing the
entire eye area [see fig. 2].
