"I have purchased this once before and loved it, and was actually really excited to repurchase. However, I am really disappointed in the second time around. The container seems significantly smaller and it seems like this product was reformulated. It smells awful, like formaldehyde. I can barely stand to use it because then it's all I can smell after I apply it. This was one of my favorites and has quickly become a least favorite."

"I have been using this product for about a month. I got it because I'm prone to very dry, flaky skin when using my adapelene retinoid. I like the product but I don't love it as much as other hydrating products, such as my peter thomas roth hylaronic cloud serum. Its not as hydrating and when my skin is especially dry it does slightly sting. Its better than other hydrating serums."

Caused irritation after the first use
"I applied the small amount of this cream for the first time to try it out and see how it will work on my skin. It immediately caused redness and a minor burning sensation on my skin. Honestly, I was unpleasantly surprised, since the whole product range is for sensitive skin and I was looking forward to using it after seeing so many great reviews. So far I am giving it 3 stars instead of 2, because I’m hopeful that my skin is getting used to it and it will not irritate my skin further. So far, my experience is not as good as I expected. I believe that the product said to be suitable for sensitive skin shall not cause any sort of irritation, even after the first application. Will continue testing the product. I really want to give it a chance."
