• Spa must be a Bioelements Partnership Spa
• Spa cannot sell professional use only products online
• Spa must use Bioelements approved product web images and copy
• E-commerce must be a functioning part of the site in question
• Spa cannot use a portal site (i.e. Yahoo or E-Bay) for their e-commerce selling.
