What It Is
An alcohol-free toner laced with Chinese herbs, chamomile and aromatherapist oils to strengthen and calm skin.

How to Use It
After cleansing, close eyes and spritz all over the face, neck and v-area. Gently massage into skin leaving it slightly moist. Immediately apply the next Bioelements product.

Balances pH very well. I use it every time I wash my face. The spray is very easy to use, no hassle with cotton balls. Sets the tone for the rest of the products. :)
