This gentle (surprise, just as the name says!) eye makeup remover cuts through waterproof makeup without being drying or irritating. Mostly though, it works really well!

Bioelements eye makeup remover is like a thin lotion in consistency and includes extracts to sooth the skin. I sometimes get irritation from eye makeup removers and did not from this one. I also had good luck with it removing some very stubborn waterproof makeup after I swatched a bunch of Makeup Forever Aqua Eyes on my arm and learned first hand just how waterproof those are.
